El trabajo de los y las maestras de PT (Pedagogía Terapéutica) o de Educación Especial es complejo y de gran responsabilidad, pues somos el puente para lograr la inclusión educativa, la llave que garantiza ese derecho fundamental del alumnado.
Sin embargo, nuestras funciones están profundamente desfasadas (me refiero a la normativa de mi comunidad, Castilla y León), al menos en cuanto a la etapa de E. Primaria; en Secundaria tenemos un referente un poco más actual.
Si queréis otra publicación analizando en profundidad las normativas de nuestras funciones, déjadmelo en un comentario. Lo que sí os puedo asegurar es que no reflejan nuestra labor actual en su totalidad.
Pensando en elaborar un recurso que sintetizara las “herramientas” básicas de nuestro trabajo, me propuse elaborar un KIT DEL MAESTR@ DE PEDAGOGÍA INCLUSIVA.
Nótese que no lo he nombrado como Pedagogía Terapéutica, pues el enfoque que quiero dar no encaja con este nombre que nos pusieron…No vamos a rehabilitar nada, no debemos entender al alumnado como “defectuoso” y que requiere una terapia, sino identificarnos como “hacedores/as” o facilitadores/as de inclusión educativa y protectores/as de tal derecho.
Después de todo este rollo😅 os dejo la IMAGEN del kit, pero también os lo dejo en PDF, pues así podéis acceder a los enlaces de algunos de los recursos incluidos.
⚠️ Adelanto que en breve publicaré algunos de estos recursos, pero más desarrollados, así que estad atent@s a mis RRSS, ya que iré actualizando este documento y añadiendo más enlaces).
